Graypants Scraplights Ohio Pendant Light

The extensive lighting range Scraplights is the flagship of the American manufacturer Graypants. All luminaires in the collection follow a unique design concept that considers sustainability and aesthetics as equally important components. So Scraplights Ohio is made entirely of recycled cardboard, the basis of which is paper from sustainable forestry. In order to create the numerous varieties of the Scraplights lampshades, perfectly fitting elements are cut by laser and connected with a special, non-toxic adhesive. All Scraplights shades are also treated with a non-toxic fire retardant, giving them the same safety as classic lampshades. The special Ohio design creates a soft light, which is radiated downwards through a glass diffuser. In addition a delicate game of light and shadow forms to the sides.
