Description
The Wirering pendant light is the latest coup from the Dutch designer duo Formafantasma for the Italian lighting manufacturer Flos. With hardly any other luminaire, the often neglected cable is so consistently and successfully integrated into the design concept. The designers succeed with only two main components an extraordinary, minimalist design with maximum effect and impressive elegance. At the same time, the cable acts as an energy source and holder by fixing the aluminum ring to the wall with only a little pressure. On the inside of the ring is an LED strip that provides a cozy, indirect lighting. An integrated dimming function in the cable can easily be operated via the pedal switch and ensures adequate lighting intensity.
