Information about the reception of goods:Is the package damaged?
We take great care when packaging and shipping our goods. If, however, you should receive a damaged product, we need your help. Please point out any visible damage of the packaging to the delivery man or woman, when you receive the product. Afterwards you should send us an e-mail with the relevant information, like your order number and the affected parts of the product.Are parts of your order missing?
In rare cases two- or three-part orders may be shipped on different days. If you still have not received all products on the following workday (Mo. - Fr.), please let us know via e-mail. We will need to know your order number and which products are missing. Thank you for your help!
