Flos Ipnos Indoor Floor Lamp

The designer duo Nicoletta Rossi and Guido Bianchi presents with the Ipnos Indoor a floor lamp that especially impresses by their absolute reduction in design. With its cuboid body their creators prove not only their devotion to a geometric use of forms, but also an extraordinary ingenuity which concerns the interaction of light and design.

Behind the minimalist body of the striking floor lamp is hidden a sophisticated lighting concept that has a high representational power. At the upper edges, 196 Top LEDs were admitted, protected by diffusers in transparent PC, which form a sweeping arc around the luminaire's body. With a total of only 15 watts, it reaches an impressive light output and thus provides an attractive room illumination.

Flos offers three color versions of the Ipnos Indoor made of aluminum, so that it fits into several living ambiences and satisfies different tastes. You have the choice between a black anodised, a natural aluminum or burnished brass surface version. The Ipnos Indoor floor lamp achieves an impressive effect, for example, in spacious living rooms, large hallways, lobbies or in showrooms.
