Gras N°222 is part of an extensive collection of luminaires, whose design dates back to 1921. The French inventor Bernard-Albin Gras designed a series whose special configurations stood out clearly from the classic lighting design of the time. This quality soon became known and a success story began that continues still today. Once used by the architect Le Corbusier or painters such as Sonia Delaunay and Georges Braque, Gras was the first luminaire line that was equally popular for industrial and residential applications.
You get Gras N°222 with a black or white body, with two different shade shapes and in numerous colour variations. In addition to the metal shade version, a variant made of white polycarbonate and one made of white Gras are also on offer.
