DescriptionThe history of this lamp began in 1932. In this year, Fortunato Depero created the Campari Soda bottle, which was sold and attained cult status quickly. It became so famous actually, that its original designs hasn't changed since that time. Not only has the Campari Soda bottle been invented in 1932, but also a very special person was born: Ingo Maurer, who created the Campari Light pendant lamp in cooperation with Raffaele Celentanto and introduced it to the world in 2002.
The lamp is built of 10 bottles à 100 ml with original Campari Soda, which are circularly arranged around the illuminant. Each bottle is individually demountable, so you can easily change the lamps appearance. Being surrounded by the Campari Soda fluid and glass gives the light a red touch, which makes it perfect for living environment as well as luminaire for bars and cafés.
